Step 1: Verify Internet Connection

There might be problems with your internet connection. To fix the HP Printer Not Working, verify to see if your Internet router is properly working, and validate that your printer is linked to a similar wireless network as your PC.

Step 2: Check Printer Set as the Default

You should check that your printer is set as the default printer. In case, it’s not then set the default option now.  Go to the Windows PC Start button, and hit Settings. In the printers and Scanners section, pick your printer. Then pick the default printer option.

Step 3: Restart the Print Spooler Service

Go to Windows PC, and press the Windows + R keys both together to open the run dialogue box. Then type the command ‘services.msc’ and hit on the enter key. Go to the services window, right-tap on the Print Spooler service and then choose the Restart button

Step 4: Update the Latest Printer Driver

Sometimes HP Printer Not Working due to an outdated printer driver. Then check your HP Printer is updated with the latest printer driver. If not, then update it now, go to the HP Printer website and download the latest printer driver which is compatible with your PC operating system.
